Thank you for planning a vacation to remember! Australia and New Zealand were fantastic. Your hotel choices were great, and having a driver awaiting our arrival at the airports really made the travel seamless.

The Sydney Bridge Climb was a once in a lifetime experience and the helicopter ride to Milford Sound was spectacular. Your recommendations for our excursions and day trips really gave us great exposure to the two countries. Can't wait for you to plan our next trip!

Our trip was a wonderful experience, although we hadn't anticipated the cost of food. Coffee was $4.50 a cup, but I drink Tea, and they serve it in a pot, so I did get 2+ cups for the price. I enjoyed every minute, and wouldn't trade the trip for anything. Of course, I'm a shepherdess, and was interested in anything agricultural, and learned much in that area. Both Australia and New Zealand are beautiful and interesting. It is always interesting to visit other places, to get acquainted with the people and the Land, the customs, the language, etc. All in all it was a very satisfying holiday, probably will be the last for me, although I hope not. If I last that long, I would enjoy going to Spain, and Southern Europe. Thank you for your planning and help for us.

We downgraded ourselves from a large car to a small car at Budget in Melbourne to be safer drivers (so we didn't hit things). The drive along the Great Ocean Road was my favorite part. Our Sydney day tour (with Jens), Yarra Valley tour (with Matt) and
Penguin Parade tour (with Bruce) were all personal. I think we paid for a small group tour but it was just Elizabeth and me. This allowed individual attention and catering for our likes. These events (all suggested by you) really made the trip special.

On our day tour of Sydney with Jens, the Vaucluse house was closed, so he took us to Doyle's for lunch. And that experience was awesome. It was a great introduction to Sydney. Most importantly, everyone was on time and the itinerary was without flaws. We NEVER had a problem with any of our tours or bookings. That's a sign of a good travel agent and a solid relationship with the in-country Swain folks.

You can confidently count us as satisfied and happy customers. We would love to go back to Australia in the future and had a lovely Honeymoon. Adventure, relaxation, nature. It was all there.

The Yarra Valley Wine Tour was fantastic. Super guide/driver and great group of people from all over the world along for the ride. Went to 3 vineyards. It was great. The drive along the Great Ocean Road was amazing. I would suggest 3 nights along the way to Adelaide as there is a lot of ground to cover and I stopped every 15 minutes to take another photo. I started early so it was just perfect. I arrived at the 12 Apostles a couple of hours before sunset.

Warrnambool was beautiful and so was the Chardonnay Lodge. Fantastic food at the Lodge! I recommend dinner for sure. Kangaroo Island was amazing. Graham and Lynn were wonderful and I think that you MUST go to the Island when you visit Australia. I did the more 'luxury outback' experience. It was just right for me. I was the only one on the tour for 3 days. My guide Murray was awesome. We hit it off and had a great time.

Sailing is one of my favorite things to do so sailing around Sydney harbor could not have been better. The captain was great, he sends his best. The Bridge Climb was a rush like no other. You are completely safe but it's still VERY high up. Amazing day. All the tours and excursions were just perfect. I wouldn't have changed a thing. Thanks again for the best trip of my life... to date.

I was impressed by how professionally your affiliate in Australia handled the sudden shutdown of one of the tour operators in Yalara. I got a phone call to inform me, with a follow up fax detailing the change in plans. The alternative provided (Kata Tjuta afternoon/Ularu sunset) was super. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Australia as a great vacation destination! We came home with nearly 700 photographs! (That's the danger of having a digital camera!) And lots of great memories!

Our Odyssey tour of Litchfield and Kakadu Parks: Though brief, it was spectacular. Even with increased tourism, these are impressive wilderness areas where we were often alone with flocks of cuckoos, cockatoos, kites, ibis, jabirus and incredible termite mounds. We saw wallabies, kangaroo, water buffalo and crocodiles. Once at Lizard, it was obvious that there are few better places for marine life of all types. Right in front of the rooms were coral heads with giant clams, reef fish, silver tipped sharks, cone shells, tube worms and much more. Thank you for an excellent itinerary!
